These terms govern use of the LeadHerd website and the LeadHerd messaging program. By using the site or exchanging messages with a LeadHerd-powered assistant, you agree to these terms.
The service
LeadHerd LLC provides an AI-assisted lead response and qualification service operated on behalf of its business clients. When you contact a participating business, an automated assistant may respond by text message to answer questions, gather your preferences, and offer appointment times. A human representative of the business may join or take over any conversation. The assistant will truthfully identify itself as an automated assistant if asked.
Messaging program terms
Program: LeadHerd lead response and appointment scheduling, operated by LeadHerd LLC on behalf of participating businesses.
Consent: You receive messages only after you initiate an inquiry with a participating business and provide your phone number. Consent to receive messages is not a condition of any purchase.
Frequency: Message frequency varies by conversation.
Rates: Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
Opt out: Reply STOP at any time to end messages. You will receive a single confirmation and no further messages.
Help: Reply HELP in any conversation, or contact [email protected].
Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, including submitting false inquiries, attempting to disrupt or reverse-engineer the platform, or using it for any unlawful purpose.
No professional advice
Conversations with the assistant are for scheduling and information-gathering only and do not constitute legal, financial, real estate brokerage, tax, or other professional advice. All substantive services are provided by the participating business you contacted.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, LeadHerd LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or messaging program.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time; the "Last updated" date reflects the current version. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
