LeadHerd LLC ("LeadHerd," "we," "us") provides an AI-powered lead response and qualification service that sends and receives text messages on behalf of our business clients (such as real estate professionals and contractors) with consumers who have contacted those businesses. This policy describes what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Inquiry information you provide when contacting one of our clients: your name, phone number, email address, the content of your inquiry, and your message conversation.
- Preferences you share in conversation, such as timelines, areas of interest, or project details, used solely to route your inquiry and schedule appointments.
- Message metadata, such as delivery timestamps, used to operate the service reliably.
How we use information
- To respond to your inquiry on behalf of the business you contacted.
- To schedule appointments you request and share your inquiry details with that business.
- To maintain records of consent and opt-outs as required by law.
- To operate, secure, and improve the service.
SMS and mobile information
Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in data are used solely to provide the messaging service described above. No mobile information will be shared with, sold to, or transferred to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding the service providers necessary to deliver the messages themselves.
You only receive messages after you initiate contact with one of our clients. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out of messages; reply HELP for assistance. Opt-out requests are honored immediately and permanently.
Sharing
We share your inquiry and conversation only with the business you contacted, and with the service providers required to operate the platform (such as telecommunications carriers and cloud hosting providers), each bound to use the information only to provide the service. We do not sell personal information.
Retention
We retain conversation records and consent logs for as long as needed to provide the service to our client and to meet legal record-keeping obligations, then delete or de-identify them.
Your choices
To opt out of messages, reply STOP. To request access to or deletion of your information, email [email protected] and we will respond within a reasonable timeframe, subject to legal retention requirements.
